TGI Golf has returned more than £1 million to its PGA professional partners for 2025, marking the first time the group’s annual profit distribution has exceeded the seven-figure mark.
The record payout is a result of TGI Golf’s partnership model, with every partner being a shareholder in the business and directly benefiting from its success. Each partner’s share of the profit distribution is determined by their spend with TGI Golf’s partner suppliers.
Partners can earn a return on purchases made across more than 60 approved suppliers, which include golf’s leading brands as well as smaller and specialist manufacturers and service providers. From premium hardware and apparel to accessories, consumables and shop essentials, the scheme rewards partners for supporting the parter suppliers.
Amanda Wilson, TGI Golf’s finance director, said: “For the first time in the group’s history, the profit distribution paid to TGI Golf partners will exceed £1 million, a fantastic achievement that reflects the strength of our partnership model.
“This is a testament to the commitment and loyalty of our partners, who continue to support TGI partner suppliers and take advantage of the wide range of services available to them. It demonstrates the power of working together and shows that when our partners succeed, the entire group succeeds.”
This latest profit distribution further strengthens TGI Golf’s position as a genuine partnership. Partners make a one-off investment through an initial joining fee and the purchase of 200 shares, with no ongoing charges. As shareholders, they share directly in the success of the business.

Last year, the group announced it had returned more than £10 million to partners over the previous 20 years. The 2025 distribution now represents the first occasion that annual payments to partners have surpassed the £1 million mark.
TGI’s managing director, Adele McLean said: “Last year we reported having returned more than £10 million to our partners through profit distribution. To now surpass £1 million in a single year is another great achievement and demonstrates the real value of the TGI Golf partnership model.
“Our approved supplier programme is a huge part of this success. We work extremely hard to build and maintain relationships with our partner suppliers to ensure they deliver the best possible support, products and commercial terms for our partners. When our partners choose to buy through those suppliers, everyone benefits.
“We remain committed to investing in our dedicated TGI team, continually enhancing the services we provide, and creating even greater value for our partners. We look forward to building on this success and delivering even more opportunities in the years ahead.”
