Get Golfing selects Golfmanager

·

Hampton Court Palace Golf Club and Pyrford Lakes Golf Club, two venues operated by Get Golfing, have selected Golfmanager to manage their day-to-day software operations.

This move further solidifies Get Golfing’s commitment to using the best-in-breed technology to provide an unparalleled experience for its members. With this addition, 10 out of 13 Get Golfing clubs now use Golfmanager’s innovative platform.

Hampton Court Palace Golf Club is a distinguished golf course located within the historic grounds of Home Park, adjacent to the renowned Hampton Court Palace in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. Established in 1895, the club offers an 18-hole, par-71 course stretching 6,513 yards, characterised by open parkland and relatively flat terrain.

Pyrford Lakes Golf Club, situated in Woking, Surrey, is celebrated for its picturesque 18-hole course designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark. The course is renowned for its strategic layout, incorporating numerous lakes and streams that challenge golfers of all skill levels.

The adoption of Golfmanager allows Get Golfing’s members to seamlessly book tee times across multiple clubs using their flexible membership points, reinforcing the operator’s mission to create a more accessible and digitally streamlined golf experience.

Chris Knight, Commercial & Systems Director at Get Golfing and founder of The Revenue Club shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “Get Golfing has been on this journey for nearly three years, working closely with Golfmanager. It’s fantastic to see top-tier software providers like Golf Genius, Pacesetter, and HubSpot coming together. The partnership between Golfmanager and Get Golfing is now delivering real benefits, all through a single app. And this is just the beginning; we have several more developments in the pipeline to further enhance the customer experience.”

Daniel Lucking, Site Director at Pyrford Lakes Golf Club, added, “Switching booking systems at a course handling around 60,000 rounds annually was a significant decision. However, given the improvements we’re seeing from Golfmanager, we’re confident it was the right move to stay ahead of the curve and encourage more people to play golf.”

According to the Golf Genius ‘Golf Club Software Technology 2025 Report’, digital transformation is accelerating across the golf industry in the UK. Seventy-two percent of golf clubs are now prioritising cloud-based management solutions to improve efficiency and enhance the player experience.

The report also highlights that clubs using fully integrated software solutions see a 25 percent increase in operational efficiency, a key factor in Get Golfing’s decision to implement Golfmanager.

Moreover, 68 percent of golf clubs report that mobile booking has become the primary way members interact with their facilities.
